Bootstrap은 3rd party tool이다. 직장에서 사용하지 않는다면 필요없게 될 내용일 수 있다.
비슷한 3rd party tool로는 semantic UI, Boerma, Foundation이 있고 이 tool들의 goal은 다 같다.

css framework에는 bootstrap, semantic ui, boerma, foundation등이 있지만 가장 많이 쓰는건 bootstrap이라고 한다.
